Senior Technical Staff Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Member of Technical Staff specializing in AI Code Assistant Tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accelerate development and time-to-market by leveraging AI-assisted coding capabilities and "vibe coding" practices
• Introduce, promote, and continuously improve AI-powered productivity enhancements across the engineering team
• Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to deliver new AI-powered features and exceptional user experiences

Required Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant software engineering experience
• Proficient in at least one (preferably two) of the following languages: Java, C/C++, or Golang
• Demonstrated experience using AI-based IDEs and integrating AI-assisted coding into development workflows
• Strong understanding of core CS concepts (data structures, algorithms, operating systems, distributed systems)
