Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Success Manager - West.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own customer deployment, adoption, and outcomes for a portfolio of 25-35 accounts
  • Lead deployment planning and implementation, managing risks and issues across active deployments
  • Drive product adoption and build executive business reviews connecting usage to business impact


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or a similar role in B2B SaaS
  • 2+ years leading enterprise software deployments with a focus on change management and data governance
  • Experience managing a portfolio of 20+ mid-market or emerging enterprise accounts
  • Experience co-owning renewals and contributing to expansion pipeline alongside a sales counterpart
  • Expert-level project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
