Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Success Manager to support enterprise customers in securing their development lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate visions and strategies for enterprise customers to maximize value across Application Security workflows
  • Build trusted relationships with customer engineering and security leaders to drive adoption and retention
  • Design and execute customized onboarding programs tailored to customer security goals using the company's products
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role with executives and technologists
  • Experience with highly technical customers in the Enterprise (Fortune 100) space in North America
  • Strong knowledge of Developer or Application Security tools and workflows
  • Experience leading technical programs with a proven record of thought leadership
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent experience
