Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Success Manager for the East Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own customer deployment, adoption, and outcomes for a portfolio of 10-20 accounts
  • Lead deployment planning and implementation, managing internal and partner teams
  • Monitor portfolio health and drive product adoption through proactive engagement


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Account Management in B2B SaaS
  • 2+ years leading enterprise software deployments with a focus on change management
  • Experience managing a portfolio of 10+ Majors / Enterprise accounts
  • Experience co-owning renewals and contributing to expansion pipeline
  • Expert-level project management skills in a fast-paced environment
