Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Success Manager for the East Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Own customer deployment, adoption, and outcomes for a portfolio of 10-20 accounts
- Lead deployment planning and implementation, managing internal and partner teams
- Monitor portfolio health and drive product adoption through proactive engagement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Account Management in B2B SaaS
- 2+ years leading enterprise software deployments with a focus on change management
- Experience managing a portfolio of 10+ Majors / Enterprise accounts
- Experience co-owning renewals and contributing to expansion pipeline
- Expert-level project management skills in a fast-paced environment
