Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Technical Success Manager (Central).
Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate visions and strategies for enterprise customers to maximize value in Application Security workflows
- Build trusted relationships with customer engineering and security leaders to drive adoption and retention
- Design and execute customized onboarding programs to help customers achieve their security program goals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role with executives and technologists
- Experience with highly technical customers in the Enterprise (Fortune 100) space in North America
- Strong working knowledge of Developer or Application Security tools and workflows
- Experience leading technical or engineering programs with a record of thought leadership
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent experience
