Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Technical Success Manager (Central).

Key Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate visions and strategies for enterprise customers to maximize value in Application Security workflows
  • Build trusted relationships with customer engineering and security leaders to drive adoption and retention
  • Design and execute customized onboarding programs to help customers achieve their security program goals
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role with executives and technologists
  • Experience with highly technical customers in the Enterprise (Fortune 100) space in North America
  • Strong working knowledge of Developer or Application Security tools and workflows
  • Experience leading technical or engineering programs with a record of thought leadership
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent experience
