Job Summary
As a key strategic partner for top-tier enterprise customers, the full-time remote Senior Technical Success Manager will architect visions for securing development lifecycles, guiding Fortune 100 companies through complex DevSecOps transformations and fostering trusted relationships with engineering and security leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Orchestrate visions and strategies for enterprise customers to maximize value across Application Security workflows
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer engineering and security leaders to drive adoption and retention
- Design and execute customized onboarding programs to help customers achieve their specific security goals using Snyk's products
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role with executives and technologists
- Experience working with highly technical customers in the Enterprise (Fortune 100) sector in North America
- Strong knowledge of Developer or Application Security tools and workflows (e.g., GitHub, Jira, Jenkins)
- Proven experience leading technical or engineering programs with a record of thought leadership
- Exceptional communication skills to facilitate discussions and influence stakeholders
