Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Analyst- HTM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise and support complex requirements from Service Operations related to HTM applications and databases
  • Provide second-level support for HTM applications, including Salesforce Field Service and ServiceNow
  • Coordinate incident resolution and communicate effectively with end-users throughout the process
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years' experience supporting high-volume help desk activities
  • Experience with application platforms such as Salesforce and ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with database management and scripting, including SQL and mySQL
  • Experience in healthcare or related environments with high urgency incidents
