Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the lifecycle of change requests and perform operational checks
  • Review and authorize change requests, ensuring successful testing and implementation
  • Coordinate with Release Management and perform post-implementation reviews
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Operations, Process Improvement, or Data Analytics
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Information Security, or Software Development
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Experience with IT Service Management tools
  • Knowledge of change management processes and impacts in a technology environment
