Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Analyst (SQL Specialist).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide client-facing technical support for complex issues in a SaaS compliance platform, ensuring timely resolution
  • Manage support requests and high-priority incidents, maintaining professionalism and effective communication
  • Utilize Microsoft SQL expertise to analyze and optimize T-SQL queries and troubleshoot database performance issues
Required Qualifications
