Senior Technical Support Analyst
Job Summary
To support a dealer network, the full-time temporary Senior Technical Support Analyst will provide technical assistance for vehicle repairs and diagnostics while working remotely with occasional travel for training.
Key responsibilities
- Support international dealers and body builders with repair and diagnostic inquiries
- Provide feedback on publications to improve technical documentation
- Escalate trending failure modes to Service Engineering for further analysis
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive or truck service and diagnostics
- At least 3 years of technical customer support experience
- Diesel/Class 8 truck technical experience is essential
- Familiarity with MS Office and technical documentation
