Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Support & Analytics Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical support contact for customers, diagnosing and resolving deployment issues
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation
- Develop and implement security operations use cases and collaborate with engineering on feature enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with databases, datalakes, and log tools (Postgres, Databricks, Splunk)
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Deep understanding of security operations use cases and workflows
- Experience with AI components (LLMs, Vector DBs, containers)
