Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary point of contact for escalations and ensure timely, accurate solution of technical problems
  • Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analyses and implement long term fixes
  • Consult and interface with customers to manage, address and troubleshoot any LMS or HRIS concerns independently
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in JavaScript
  • Proven track record in technical troubleshooting, particularly in SaaS or enterprise environments
  • Experience with popular HRIS systems, preferred
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, preferred
