Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for escalations and ensure timely, accurate solution of technical problems
- Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analyses and implement long term fixes
- Consult and interface with customers to manage, address and troubleshoot any LMS or HRIS concerns independently
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in JavaScript
- Proven track record in technical troubleshooting, particularly in SaaS or enterprise environments
- Experience with popular HRIS systems, preferred
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, preferred
