Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join their Global Customer Support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client support and technical issue resolution for assigned strategic customers
- Research customer issues and create documentation to promote self-service
- Serve as a subject matter expert and communicate with cross-functional teams about technology issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience (5+ years in Customer Support)
- Familiar with evidence-based troubleshooting practices
- Proficient in web service technologies (REST/JSON, XML/SOAP)
- Knowledgeable about networking (TCP/IP and DNS)
- Understanding of SaaS operation models and customer support
