Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join their Global Customer Support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client support and technical issue resolution for assigned strategic customers
  • Research customer issues and create documentation to promote self-service
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and communicate with cross-functional teams about technology issues


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience (5+ years in Customer Support)
  • Familiar with evidence-based troubleshooting practices
  • Proficient in web service technologies (REST/JSON, XML/SOAP)
  • Knowledgeable about networking (TCP/IP and DNS)
  • Understanding of SaaS operation models and customer support
