Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and web portals
- Resolve installation, configuration, and product functionality issues while documenting user support cases
- Act as a primary support liaison for urgent issues and promote a high-quality service image
Required Qualifications
- Considerable experience in technical support with global user interaction
- Experience with CAD, modeling, or rendering software
- Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
- Engineering background with experience in Plant Design, Building Information Management, or Road Design
- Experience with CAD Software products such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and ProjectWise
