Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer responsible for troubleshooting and developing technical solutions to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive technical solutions to resolve customer problems related to the platform
- Troubleshoot issues, define root causes, and collaborate with product development and quality assurance teams
- Mentor less experienced engineers and take ownership of advanced technical issues
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with a portfolio of completed projects
- Proficiency in C#.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL
- Experience with development tools such as Visual Studio, Postman, BitBucket, Jira, and Confluence
- Ability to perform code modifications, refactoring, and bug fixes independently
