Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer (Elite).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as dedicated engineers for premium customers, conducting troubleshooting sessions and regular communication
- Investigate and reproduce issues in a lab environment while managing customer expectations and ensuring SLAs are met
- Contribute to the knowledge base and support other engineers through knowledge sharing and onboarding
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of SaaS applications and their support
- Experience troubleshooting web-based applications and using HTTP tracing tools
- Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SAML, OAuth, OpenID & WS-FED) and Multi-Factor Authentication systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including Load Balancers and DNS
- Experience with Linux-based and Windows server OS management
