Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer (Elite).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as dedicated engineers for premium customers, conducting troubleshooting sessions and regular communication
  • Investigate and reproduce issues in a lab environment while managing customer expectations and ensuring SLAs are met
  • Contribute to the knowledge base and support other engineers through knowledge sharing and onboarding
Required Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of SaaS applications and their support
  • Experience troubleshooting web-based applications and using HTTP tracing tools
  • Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SAML, OAuth, OpenID & WS-FED) and Multi-Factor Authentication systems
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, including Load Balancers and DNS
  • Experience with Linux-based and Windows server OS management
