Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support or solutions engineering role
  • Proven experience with container technologies and orchestration platforms, such as Kubernetes and OpenShift
  • Experience with configuration management and automation tools like Ansible and Terraform
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a geographically distributed team environment
