Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer (ChangeMan, Comparex, StarTool).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise and technical support to customers
  • Reproduce and debug complex issues affecting business-critical accounts
  • Test and deliver software fixes while collaborating with development teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2 years of subject matter expertise in Rocket products - ChangeMan, Comparex, StarTool
  • Experience with z/OS and Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of relational databases such as IBM DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL
  • Programming experience in REXX, COBOL, or PLI
  • Familiarity with IDEs like Eclipse
