Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer (L3/SME).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the senior technical point of contact for customer issues escalated by the 2nd level support
  • Resolve assigned cases within SLAs and act as a liaison between customers and various internal teams
  • Mentor 2nd tier personnel and analyze recurring issues to enhance support processes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in technical support
  • Proficient in analyzing and troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Knowledge of web technologies, protocols, and SQL
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics is preferred
  • Experience with SaaS/Cloud infrastructure and backend systems
