Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer (L3/SME).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical point of contact for customer issues escalated by the 2nd level support
- Resolve assigned cases within SLAs and act as a liaison between customers and various internal teams
- Mentor 2nd tier personnel and analyze recurring issues to enhance support processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in technical support
- Proficient in analyzing and troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Knowledge of web technologies, protocols, and SQL
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics is preferred
- Experience with SaaS/Cloud infrastructure and backend systems
