Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical assistance for ProjectWise functionality and integrations
  • Independently scope, design, and deliver solutions for complex technical issues
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex challenges and influence defect prioritization with developers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a relevant technical discipline
  • Deep knowledge of ProjectWise suite of products and experience in administration of engineering information/document management systems
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., .NET and C++) and experience interpreting log files
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle) and networking
  • Proven experience in technical support with exposure to global user interactions
