Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical support for its products.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Tier 2 escalation point for advanced customer issues
- Lead support efforts for critical customers and coordinate with Customer Success Managers
- Mentor and train new team members while proactively improving support processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting complex, Linux-based enterprise software applications
- 5+ years of experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, and Docker components
- 5+ years of SQL experience, including constructing complex statements in MariaDB/MySQL
- 5+ years of Linux administration experience, including scripting capabilities
- 5+ years of networking experience, including familiarity with firewalls and routers
