Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join their Customer Experience team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for complex customer-reported issues
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to enhance customer experience and drive improvements
- Optimize support processes and mentor Technical Support Engineers
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or escalation engineering in a SaaS or IT environment
- Expert knowledge of managing macOS, Windows, or Linux systems
- Aptitude for writing PowerShell and/or Bash code
- Experience with support tooling such as Zendesk
- Familiarity with SQL queries, APIs, and configuration management tools
