Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join their Customer Experience team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for complex customer-reported issues
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to enhance customer experience and drive improvements
  • Optimize support processes and mentor Technical Support Engineers
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or escalation engineering in a SaaS or IT environment
  • Expert knowledge of managing macOS, Windows, or Linux systems
  • Aptitude for writing PowerShell and/or Bash code
  • Experience with support tooling such as Zendesk
  • Familiarity with SQL queries, APIs, and configuration management tools
