Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage, investigate, manage, and resolve complex customer issues involving Chainguard Images
- Collaborate with the Engineering team for escalated technical challenges
- Document issues and create Knowledge Base resources for future reference
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise customers
- 3+ years of experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; AWS EKS experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and open-source technologies
