Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage, investigate, manage, and resolve complex customer issues involving Chainguard Images
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team for escalated technical challenges
  • Document issues and create Knowledge Base resources for future reference
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise customers
  • 3+ years of experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; AWS EKS experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and open-source technologies
