Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, investigate, and resolve complex customer technical issues while collaborating with teams
- Lead knowledge sharing through readiness programs and mentoring of peers
- Engage with engineering teams to identify product defects and drive improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of equivalent experience
- Ability to meet security screening requirements, including a Microsoft Cloud Background Check
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role with complex technical troubleshooting
- Experience with Azure Cloud Technologies and Microsoft Server products
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting tools
