Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own, investigate, and resolve complex customer technical issues while collaborating with teams
  • Lead knowledge sharing through readiness programs and mentoring of peers
  • Engage with engineering teams to identify product defects and drive improvements


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of equivalent experience
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements, including a Microsoft Cloud Background Check
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role with complex technical troubleshooting
  • Experience with Azure Cloud Technologies and Microsoft Server products
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting tools
