Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality technical assistance to customers and resolve technical issues
- Act as Queue Manager during weekend shifts, ensuring efficient case handling
- Collaborate with various teams to document bugs and prioritize tasks effectively
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong background in Linux, Unix, and Windows Enterprise Server OS

- Experience with cloud-based platform services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
