Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex customer issues and conduct meetings on short notice
  • Triage, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve customer support tickets
  • Analyze logs and customer environments to identify root causes
Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Moderate understanding of web technologies and operating systems
  • Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS/Azure
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues remotely
  • Understanding of KCS methodology
