Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex customer issues and conduct meetings on short notice
- Triage, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve customer support tickets
- Analyze logs and customer environments to identify root causes
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Moderate understanding of web technologies and operating systems
- Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS/Azure
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues remotely
- Understanding of KCS methodology
