Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to manage complex support issues for its global customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with escalated customer engagements
  • Investigate issues and queries using existing knowledge and test labs
  • Manage customer expectations and communicate proactively
Required Qualifications
  • Technical proficiency with PingAM, PingDS, PingGateway, and PingIDM
  • Experience with Linux-based and Windows server OS management
  • Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and LDAP
  • Understanding of networking concepts, including load balancers and firewalls
  • Ability to troubleshoot web-based applications and experience with APIs
