Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to manage complex support issues for its global customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with escalated customer engagements
- Investigate issues and queries using existing knowledge and test labs
- Manage customer expectations and communicate proactively
Required Qualifications
- Technical proficiency with PingAM, PingDS, PingGateway, and PingIDM
- Experience with Linux-based and Windows server OS management
- Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and LDAP
- Understanding of networking concepts, including load balancers and firewalls
- Ability to troubleshoot web-based applications and experience with APIs
