Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an advisor to customers, handling complex issues and creating technical articles for better understanding
  • Perform complex troubleshooting and collaborate with development teams to resolve incidents impacting customers
  • Implement readiness programs and contribute to product/process improvements through automation and feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience
  • OR 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements, including citizenship verification
  • Microsoft Technology Certifications preferred
  • Experience with Linux, Mac, and Windows Operating Systems
