Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an advisor to customers, handling complex issues and creating technical articles for better understanding
- Perform complex troubleshooting and collaborate with development teams to resolve incidents impacting customers
- Implement readiness programs and contribute to product/process improvements through automation and feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience
- OR 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience
- Ability to meet security screening requirements, including citizenship verification
- Microsoft Technology Certifications preferred
- Experience with Linux, Mac, and Windows Operating Systems
