Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Production Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of L2 support engineers, managing ticket workflow for optimal resolution times
- Act as a primary contact for major customer issues, ensuring effective communication and resolution
- Manage critical incidents and perform root cause analyses while collaborating across teams
Required Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Tools & Scripting (Service Now, MySQL, Postman, GSuite)
- Proven experience leading and mentoring technical support teams
- Prior experience supporting Order to Cash business functions
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, and Java environments preferred
- Solid technical background in troubleshooting complex issues
