Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Production Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of L2 support engineers, managing ticket workflow for optimal resolution times
  • Act as a primary contact for major customer issues, ensuring effective communication and resolution
  • Manage critical incidents and perform root cause analyses while collaborating across teams
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in Tools & Scripting (Service Now, MySQL, Postman, GSuite)
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring technical support teams
  • Prior experience supporting Order to Cash business functions
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, and Java environments preferred
  • Solid technical background in troubleshooting complex issues
