Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support within desired SLA while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Take ownership of customer issues and manage escalations through to resolution
  • Evaluate root cause analysis to eliminate recurring customer issues and contribute to product improvements
Required Qualifications
  • At least 6 years of technical support engineering experience
  • Experience in mission-critical environments and with multi-tier applications
  • Hands-on experience with Linux operating system
  • BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; professional certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with SaaS and Cloud environments like GCP, Azure, AWS
