Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Designated Support Engineer to provide technical assistance on applications and resolve connectivity issues for end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose escalated customer issues through various communication methods
  • Work with a web-based ticketing system to manage incidents and provide resolutions
  • Coordinate with internal departments and escalate incidents as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical capacity
  • Strong technical, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
  • Understanding of network topology and telecommunications architecture
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and work in a fast-paced environment
