Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to oversee and coordinate technical support operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve complex technical issues escalated by the support team or customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement within the technical support function
- Support AWS cloud-based application troubleshooting and assist with SSO configurations and user onboarding activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education
- At least 6+ years of experience in Information Technology
- Experience with AWS cloud environments and cloud-based application support
- Familiarity with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance requirements
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, software applications, and hardware components
