Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer - Elite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document bugs and improve support processes
Required Qualifications:
  • Technical degree preferred in Computer Engineering, CIS, MIS, or CS
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience or equivalent experience
  • Solid knowledge of REST API, SSL/TLS, IPv4, JSON, LDAP, and Proxies
  • Experience with Linux administration, virtualization, and cloud-based platforms
  • Familiarity with DevOps deployments, including Docker and Kubernetes
