Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer - Elite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document bugs and improve support processes
Required Qualifications:
- Technical degree preferred in Computer Engineering, CIS, MIS, or CS
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience or equivalent experience
- Solid knowledge of REST API, SSL/TLS, IPv4, JSON, LDAP, and Proxies
- Experience with Linux administration, virtualization, and cloud-based platforms
- Familiarity with DevOps deployments, including Docker and Kubernetes
