Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and case ownership for schools and VAR partners
- Assist with deployments and ensure successful product adoption
- Support VAR partners with technical guidance and improve their capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing technical support or IT support
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Windows Server environments
- Familiarity with firewall and network configuration
- Experience supporting various operating systems like ChromeOS, Android, iPadOS, and macOS
