Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and case ownership for schools and VAR partners
  • Assist with deployments and ensure successful product adoption
  • Support VAR partners with technical guidance and improve their capabilities
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer-facing technical support or IT support
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Windows Server environments
  • Familiarity with firewall and network configuration
  • Experience supporting various operating systems like ChromeOS, Android, iPadOS, and macOS
