Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely resolutions to technical issues for customers
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues using available tools
  • Collaborate with engineering and account management teams to enhance customer support
Required Qualifications
  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Networking, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a Storage, Networking, and/or Virtualization environment
  • Strong understanding of Linux and experience with Linux debugging utilities
  • Familiarity with remote file access protocols such as NFS and SMB
  • Experience with storage-related concepts including virtualization and data protection
