Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely resolutions to technical issues for customers
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues using available tools
- Collaborate with engineering and account management teams to enhance customer support
Required Qualifications
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Networking, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a Storage, Networking, and/or Virtualization environment
- Strong understanding of Linux and experience with Linux debugging utilities
- Familiarity with remote file access protocols such as NFS and SMB
- Experience with storage-related concepts including virtualization and data protection
