Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer for a weekend shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the final technical escalation point for Support, facilitating expert-level troubleshooting
  • Identify and maintain scalable escalation pathways and improve internal triage processes
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions and support customer needs


Required Qualifications
  • Willingness to work 3 weekdays and 2 weekend days
  • 5-10 years in a technical, customer-facing role, with at least 2 years as a senior technical leader
  • Experience partnering with Engineering teams to bridge customer-facing and R&D functions
  • Proven track record of supporting enterprise-scale customers across various industries
  • Ability to own complex problems end-to-end in high-pressure situations
