Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the final technical escalation point for complex issues, ensuring customer success in deploying AI applications
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide code fixes to maintain system stability and high availability
- Troubleshoot and manage Infrastructure Code related to customer deployments, focusing on configuration and security issues
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a senior technical support role with a focus on issue resolution and mentoring
- Deep expertise in debugging and operating distributed systems built on Kubernetes and Docker
- 3+ years of coding experience in languages such as GoLang, Python, C++, or Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure management tools (Terraform, Helm)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field
