Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote and onsite technical support for Robotic & Digital Solutions products
  • Ensure 24/7 customer support for urgent product and procedure issues
  • Mentor less experienced Technical Support personnel and manage assigned projects
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree or Technical Certification in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • A minimum of 6 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in Technical Support or related areas
  • Technical troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Medical Device Regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience with large capital equipment (robotic) is preferred
