Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer (Integrations & Data).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues via various communication channels
- Develop expertise in core technologies and maintain ownership of incidents from report to resolution
- Educate customers on software functionalities and act as a mentor for junior support engineers
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with B2B enterprise-level customers
- Experience with property management software or related industry experience is a plus
- Familiarity with knowledge base systems and documentation best practices is preferred
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB) and REST/SOAP APIs is a plus
