Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer technical issues
  • Implement end-to-end readiness programs and mentor other Technical Support Engineers
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to investigate product bugs and drive incident resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of experience without a degree
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements, including citizenship verification
  • Experience with storage performance and reliability troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Hyper-V management and Azure Local deployment
  • Understanding of network configuration and performance issue isolation techniques
