Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer technical issues
- Implement end-to-end readiness programs and mentor other Technical Support Engineers
- Collaborate with engineering teams to investigate product bugs and drive incident resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of experience without a degree
- Ability to meet security screening requirements, including citizenship verification
- Experience with storage performance and reliability troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Hyper-V management and Azure Local deployment
- Understanding of network configuration and performance issue isolation techniques
