Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to manage technical support operations and develop automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Tier 1 ticket queue, ensuring timely triage and resolution of tickets
- Develop product expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the product portfolio
- Write scripts and build tooling to automate diagnostics and enhance troubleshooting workflows
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a technical role such as support engineering, systems/network administration, or DevOps
- Proficiency in scripting with Bash and Python
- Strong systems administration fundamentals including networking and log analysis across Linux and/or macOS
- Experience with virtualization or container concepts, such as VMware or Docker
- Demonstrated ability to manage a ticket queue or support workflow effectively
