Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to manage technical support operations and develop automation tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Tier 1 ticket queue, ensuring timely triage and resolution of tickets
  • Develop product expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the product portfolio
  • Write scripts and build tooling to automate diagnostics and enhance troubleshooting workflows
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a technical role such as support engineering, systems/network administration, or DevOps
  • Proficiency in scripting with Bash and Python
  • Strong systems administration fundamentals including networking and log analysis across Linux and/or macOS
  • Experience with virtualization or container concepts, such as VMware or Docker
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a ticket queue or support workflow effectively
