Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated support to premium customers, including troubleshooting sessions and regular communication
  • Investigate issues in a lab environment and lead escalation calls to manage stakeholder expectations
  • Collaborate with colleagues using Intelligent Swarming methodology to enhance customer satisfaction and document bugs for Engineering


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Experience with modern authentication technologies (SAML, OAuth 2.0, etc.) and Single Sign-On products
  • Proficiency in supporting LDAP and Database products, as well as experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
  • Familiarity with web application servers and troubleshooting web-based applications
