Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to handle complex support issues for global customers using their identity products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with escalated customer engagements
- Investigate issues and queries using existing knowledge bases and test labs
- Manage customer expectations and communicate proactively with customers
Required Qualifications
- Technical proficiency with PingAM, PingDS, PingGateway, and PingIDM
- Experience with Linux-based and Windows server OS management
- Knowledge of SAML/OAuth/OIDC and LDAP
- Familiarity with networking concepts including Load Balancers, Firewalls, and DNS
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript
