Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to handle complex support issues for global customers using their identity products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with escalated customer engagements
  • Investigate issues and queries using existing knowledge bases and test labs
  • Manage customer expectations and communicate proactively with customers
Required Qualifications
  • Technical proficiency with PingAM, PingDS, PingGateway, and PingIDM
  • Experience with Linux-based and Windows server OS management
  • Knowledge of SAML/OAuth/OIDC and LDAP
  • Familiarity with networking concepts including Load Balancers, Firewalls, and DNS
  • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript
