Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical support and manage complex IT issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide rapid, high-quality support for end users using remote assistance tools, serving as an escalation point for complex issues
  • Independently triage, investigate, and resolve technical issues while documenting actions in the ticketing system
  • Create and maintain documentation to improve support efficiency and train staff on Microsoft 365 tools
Required Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of advanced-level IT support experience in an M365, Windows, & Mac environment
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
  • Current technical certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified Endpoint Administrator Associate or CompTia A+
  • Hands-on experience administering a Microsoft 365 tenant, including user onboarding and troubleshooting
  • Expert knowledge of Windows and macOS hardware and operating systems
