Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer who will provide advanced support for customers using complex technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage, investigate, and resolve complex customer issues involving Chainguard Images
- Engage with the Engineering team for escalated issues and document new problems for the Knowledge Base
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support and guide issues to resolution proactively
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise customers
- 3+ years of experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; AWS EKS experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and security frameworks is advantageous
