Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide advanced technical assistance to customers utilizing property management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex and escalated issues via various communication channels
  • Develop expertise in core technologies and maintain ownership of assigned incidents from report to resolution
  • Educate customers on software functionalities and contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with B2B enterprise-level customers
  • Experience with property management software or related industry experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to mentor and assist junior support engineers
  • Familiarity with knowledge base systems and documentation best practices is preferred
