Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide advanced technical assistance to customers utilizing property management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex and escalated issues via various communication channels
- Develop expertise in core technologies and maintain ownership of assigned incidents from report to resolution
- Educate customers on software functionalities and contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with B2B enterprise-level customers
- Experience with property management software or related industry experience is a plus
- Proven ability to mentor and assist junior support engineers
- Familiarity with knowledge base systems and documentation best practices is preferred
