Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer (Kubernetes).

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively troubleshoot, document, and resolve issues for private cloud deployments
  • Reproduce customer issues in a lab and provide detailed information to the development team
  • Provide engineering support for escalated critical customer issues and participate in troubleshooting sessions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of systems or operations engineering experience
  • Expert Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills
  • Deep understanding of highly available cloud-based infrastructure
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes operations and troubleshooting
