Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Proactively troubleshoot, document, and resolve issues for private cloud deployments
Reproduce customer issues in a lab and provide detailed information to the development team
Provide engineering support for escalated critical customer issues and participate in troubleshooting sessions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of systems or operations engineering experience
Expert Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills
Deep understanding of highly available cloud-based infrastructure
Working knowledge of Kubernetes operations and troubleshooting
