Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer (Kubernetes).
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively troubleshoot, document, and resolve issues for private cloud deployments
- Reproduce customer issues in a lab and provide detailed information to the development team
- Provide engineering support for escalated critical customer issues and participate in troubleshooting sessions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of systems or operations engineering experience
- Expert Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills
- Deep understanding of highly available cloud-based infrastructure
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes operations and troubleshooting
