Job Summary
To support its USA region, the full-time Senior Technical Support Engineer will solve complex technical issues for major customers, mentor fellow engineers, and drive cross-team initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of reported issues, ensuring resolution from start to finish
- Conduct research and troubleshooting to identify solutions for system and service problems
- Drive cross-team initiatives and participate in incident management processes
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Support, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a similar role
- Strong understanding of software programming, system architecture, and APIs (REST, webhooks)
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and basic scripting
- Experience with observability tools (e.g., Grafana) and incident management processes
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
