Job Summary
Working remotely with occasional in-office collaboration, the full-time Senior Technical Support Engineer will serve as a subject matter expert on the Pinterest API and partner integrations, manage technical relationships with Tier 1 partners, and lead complex engineering projects to enhance partner solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide proactive and reactive technical support to Tier 1 partners and Enterprise Advertisers, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Lead the definition and development of Pinterest Integration products, collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams
- Develop and maintain performance monitoring systems and lead AI-driven solutions to scale support operations
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of Support/Solution/Partner Engineering experience, preferably at a large consumer tech platform
- Experience in leading technical partner/client calls and integrating external APIs at scale
- Proficiency in reading and writing complex scripts for data manipulation, with familiarity in programming languages like Python
- Ability to leverage AI to enhance work quality and champion AI experimentation within the team
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
