Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Technical Support Engineer will manage support requests, serve as a technical resource for the Success Architect team, and collaborate with engineering to diagnose and resolve product-related issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the support queue to resolve product-related issues through various communication channels
- Provide technical support to the Success Architect team and assist in customer calls
- Collaborate with engineering to diagnose and report on operational problems and implement customer feedback
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS support role
- Bachelor's degree
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce CRM and marketing automation systems
- Working knowledge of Javascript and API errors
- Ability to explain complex features to both technical and non-technical users
