Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Technical Support Engineer will manage support requests, serve as a technical resource for the Success Architect team, and collaborate with engineering to diagnose and resolve product-related issues.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the support queue to resolve product-related issues through various communication channels
  • Provide technical support to the Success Architect team and assist in customer calls
  • Collaborate with engineering to diagnose and report on operational problems and implement customer feedback
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS support role
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Working knowledge of Javascript and API errors
  • Ability to explain complex features to both technical and non-technical users
